Zengain Summary

The Zengain Summary page provides easy access to several, important Zengain metrics. It gives an overview of summary data 'at a glance' in a number of key categories which link directly to their corresponding pages in the Zengain dashboard for follow-up.

This page can be accessed by clicking the 'waffle' at the top-left corner of the Salesforce dashboard and searching for Zengain Summary in the App Launcher, as shown below.

Clicking the search result will open the Zengain Summary page, which will have the following appearance:

This page replicates, in corresponding panels, the key metrics for the following pages in the Zengain dashboard:

• Acquire

• Adopt

• Retain

• Reactivate (customers)

• Reactivate (trials)

How does page get updated? Via API but details currently unknown.

Clicking any of the 'lozenges' will automatically open the corresponding page in Zengain (following login if necessary.) For example, clicking the Revenue Opportunity lozenge in the Acquire panel will open the Acquire page in Zengain, providing the full picture of this activity category.
