Insight emails are communications to Sales or Customer Success people from Zengain with relevant information impacting customer satisfaction and revenue.

Saving time for the revenue team - no need to log in all the time, just respond to insights as they arrive.

Example email - most emails grow over time to incorporate alot more details and customer

Principles

  • Zengain focuses on Customers and the type of signal (from traffic lights)

    • Information will be insightful and time-relevant.

    • We care about providing valuable information to Sales and Customer Success.

    • Do not repeat information that Sales or CS knows about.

    • Focus on what is new and actionable.

Audience

Emails are sent to all the "owners" of a customer.

Frequency

  • This email will be sent daily and provide information about the previous 24 hours.

  • Zengain will not send this email if no fresh data accompanies it.
