Reactivate Customer Detail

The key difference in the views of the Customer/Prospects here is mainly the timelines of engagement data - trials are usually shorter than the lifespan of a Customer, so the engagement data is shown daily vs. monthly for customer data.

Reactivate for Customers

The customer section lets you quickly view basic information with the detailed dialog closed, ranking each by the various navigation criteria.

Drilling down by clicking on a customer row shows you alot more detail about each contact/user in that buying committee or user base.

Customer health score and Insights

The customer health panel shows daily, weekly, or monthly engagement data in an at-a-glance chart with engagement colors and scale. The chart also shows a small trend arrow and a drop-down date selector for weekly or monthly engagement.

You can review the insights based on an alert in an email, on the main dashboard, or by reviewing each customer's activity at any time.

Below, you can see a timeline with various activities over time and insights, organized by traffic light, so it's easy to understand what's happening and what needs attention without training.

You can see this customer entering a trial, trial users joining, watch engagement levels, and how the trial ends. If certain users per the example stall, you can pinpoint them and try to get them active again or help keep them engaged.

Each contact's details have a link to drill down to that person and review their activity and engagement.

This helps the team take action, helping drive more sales and happier, more satisfied customers.
