2. Upcoming Renewal

4. At Risk

5. Engagement Decreased

6. Engagement Increased

Technical details:

• Upcoming Renewal: ExpiryDate is within 30 days.

• New Customers: Subscriptions that appeared in Retain module within last 30 days.

• At Risk: Subscriptions that have EngagementLevel is Very low or None.

• Engagement Decreased: Subscriptions where CustomerEngagementLevel decreased last month compared to the month before.

• Engagement Increased: Subscriptions where CustomerEngagementLevel increased last month compared to the month before.
