  3. Total no. Customers' engagement decreased month-over-month

  4. Total no. lost Customers in the previous 7 days (takes to Reactivate Customers module)

  • Orange

    • where X is sum of ARR value of all unique customers shown in this module that has CustomerEngagementLevel = VeryLow OR None

      • click activates filter At risk

  • Green
