Retain Dashboard

The Zengain dashboard provides a convenient overview of your account. Each widget can be clicked to reveal further dashboards for each module.

The retain dashboard displays your customers, financial and engagement highlights, and a drill-down list with at-a-glance data on each customer.

The current dashboard has the following main sections:

  1. The financial and engagement section: This shows four statistics:

    1. Churn risk in value

    2. New to retain in the last 30 days (focus feature)

    3. Total no. Customers' engagement decreased month-over-month

    4. Total no. lost Customers in the previous 7 days

  2. Filters section: This allows you to filter your customers by:

    1. All

    2. Upcoming Renewal

    3. New

    4. At Risk

    5. Engagement Decreased

    6. Engagement Increased

    7. Live

  3. Customers section: This shows a prospect list in a trial state, with navigation filters:

    1. Customer

    2. Offering

    3. Users

    4. Renewal date

    5. Engagement Level

    6. ARR

  4. Customer: sortable navigation element so that you can sort by name

  5. Offering: sortable navigation element, so that you can sort by offering name

  6. Users: sortable navigation element so that you can sort by user/contact volume

  7. Renewal date: sortable navigation element so that you can sort by renewal time

  8. Engagement Level: overall engagement level for their account over time

  9. ARR: sortable navigation element so you can sort by customer value yearly (ARR), which is manually edited by the rep

  10. Additional menu items: drop-down list of extra links:

    1. Customer details

    2. Notes

    3. All insights

    4. ZenAgent

    5. Customer Owners
