Insights main dashboard
The main dashboard has insights for all customers or your "own" customers using the toggle.

This shows either "your" customers as an owner or all of them as they generate insights data over time.

As you can see, the insights come in daily (if there is relevant activity) and are organised by the customer to make it easy to manage your "accounts."
Each customer name is clickable and redirected to the customer details page, which provides more insights and details about this customer. Each contact is also clickable to drill down to their activity page.
Filtering by traffic lights allows for an overview of risk signals separately from opportunities.
Interesting Insights example

Above, we can see a sample of different types of insights. You can see the various traffic light colors to alert you of the urgency.
Then we can see a timeline with clients and their users.
Here, we are warned that a big trial is coming up soon and that we should check in as soon as possible.
Here we see an existing client that's suddenly become inactive. Why? You should check it out.
This prospective user went away and then came back—why? We should engage and try to close the deal.
Two users in a trial are not engaging; that could be a problem. Check it out.
An existing customer has come back online after a while, not using the app, why?
Here, we can see a new customer has entered the adopt phase, and the CS team needs to take over and do a great job onboarding.
As you can see from these insights, your sales team is now timely informed about what's happening across your customers (or just the ones they"won").
It's enough detail to focus the right person's efforts and affect some positive change, but it's not complicated or challenging to understand in a few seconds.
Easy to use - no need for training or complex workflows or setup. It just works.
Insights Filters
Click on the elements to filter the insights view to show All, Risks, Opportunities, and Warnings. As the names suggest, these allow your team to focus on key areas easily.
