Notes

It may be valuable to add notes to a customer record so that this information can be shared across the team and help better understand details around the customer. This is not meant to replace the CRM notes you would normally keep, this is more related to interactions with Zengain.


Using this page

Notes can be found in the Notes tab.

  • Click on the "add" button to add a note as required.

Notes are time stamped and the authors name is captured:
