SaaS vs. Desktop

As of May 2025 Zengain works well on SaaS (events driven) applications, with full API support coming shortly. This will cover most SaaS use cases.

Many of our clients also have desktop and on-premises applications, these we plan to also support over time as they require SDKs like on our software licensing platform.

This version of Zengain is a pure analytics tool but later this year it will merge with it's sister application Zentitle2. This will allow you to control and report on customers, for example you will be able to easily restart a trial from Zengain i.e. a licensing process mixed with an analytics one.

This will also enable innovative products in Zentitle2 to work well with Zengain, a great example is "overdrafts" that are controlled in Zentitle2 - that data from the entitlement management platform can be fed into Zengain so teams in sales can use it to upsell clients.

This will empower staff to make changes and react to situations to help win and grow your revenues using our platform.
