It's best practice for each customer account to have at least one owner. This ensures the best customer experience and lowers the risk of churn.
Now you need to click on each customer and add the owner records you need.
You can do this from several places. One quick one is the menu on each customer row at the end, which has three dots. Click those for an extra menu.
You can quickly navigate to the "customer owners" section on this menu.
On the right of the details page for each customer is the option to edit/add your owners.
Click the "edit" button to add your owners from the user database.
Click save to return to the customer page - you can add up to three owners in this process.
