Auto-create from events
Saving you time and hassle with Customer data
Instead of manually adding customers and contacts, Zengain will create them based on your event data.
A customer record is created based on the data passed in the fields:
AccountRedId - required field with ID of the customer
Name - required, customer name
In general, we create objects like Customers, Subscriptions, and contacts (Users) based on events.
There is no need to configure or sync those before we start collecting the data.
The benefit is that there are few steps to integrate or that you need to add a customer to Zengain to ensure data is assigned. This customer will be created with the first event.
Other notes:
No customers will be skipped because they were not added to Zengain in advance; they will be added as they flow through - easy.
When you add new customers, they will also show in Zengain right after they are active, so no additional sync is needed.
