Acquire Dashboard

The acquire dashboard displays your trial prospects, financial and engagement highlights, and a drill-down list with at-a-glance data on each customer.

The current dashboard has the following main sections:

  1. The financial and engagement section: This shows four statistics:

    1. The revenue aggregate number for all active trials with added opportunity values

    2. New trials started in the last 7 days (focus feature)

    3. Expiring trials in the next 7 days

    4. Lost trials in the previous 7 days

  2. Filters section: This allows you to filter your trials by:

    1. All

    2. New

    3. Hot

    4. At Risk

    5. Ending Soon

    6. Live

  3. Customers section: This shows a prospect list in a trial state, with navigation filters (click any header to sort):

    1. Customer

    2. Offering

    3. Users

    4. Days left

    5. Engagement level

    6. Conversion probability

    7. Opportunity

  4. Customer: sortable navigation element so you can sort by name

  5. Offering: sortable navigation element so you can sort by offering name

  6. Users: No. users in the trial

  7. Days left: No. days left in the trial

  8. Engagement Level: Icons showing the level and trend of engagement per customer

  9. Conversion probability: sortable navigation element so you can sort by likelihood to convert, these are manually edited by the rep

  10. Opportunity: sortable navigation element so you can sort by deal size, these are manually edited by the rep

  11. Additional menu items: drop-down list of extra links:

    1. Customer details

    2. Notes

    3. All insights

    4. ZenAgent

    5. Customer Owners

  12. Live icon: indicator of recent activity, within the hour or eight hours.

  13. Customer display: allows you to show volumes of customers at a time
