From the moment you open any dashboard, whether acquiring new customers or growing existing accounts, you’ll see high-impact opportunities highlighted front and center.

Click on any of these items to drill down on these key areas to focus your efforts.

The financial and engagement section: This shows four statistics:

  1. The revenue aggregate number for all active trials with added opportunity values

  2. New trials started in the last 7 days (focus feature)

  3. Expiring trials in the next 7 days

  4. Lost trials in the previous 7 days (takes to Reactivate Trials module)

This data allows you to choose where to focus your attention quickly.

How the numbers are calculated:

  • Green

    • $<X>

    • Revenue opportunity

    • in <Y> active trials

      • where <X> is a sum of the opportunity amounts for each trial subscription

      • <Y> number of subscriptions

      • Click sort by Opportunity.

  • Blue

    • <Z>

    • new trials

      started in the last 7 days

      • click activates filter New

  • Orange

    • <Z>

    • Expiring trials

    • in next 7 days

      • where <Z> is the number of trials that are expiring in seven days or less from the current date.

      • Click filters by Ending Soon

  • Red

    • <Z>

    • Lost trials

    • in the last 7 days

      • click takes to Reactivate Trials page AND filters by 7-day Churn
