The Acquire Customer dashboard has the following main sections:

  1. Trial timing: This shows each customer trial's start and end dates. If there is a trial running when Zengain is deployed, we may not know the trial start date as we won't have received the event data.

  2. User avatar with star option: This shows each user avatar, and you can click that to star the contact so they stand out in the UI (as decision makers, etc).

  3. Contact title: This shows the title for this user, great background data.

  4. Key Product Milestones: A bar representing the "feature" milestones you set up to track (up to five) and whether they have been completed—green for yes, blank for not yet. Below, we see one user with no features used, and another with three used from the key features set.

  5. Email button: Easily contact every user with one click.

  6. Engagement graph by Contact: This displays the mini graph so you can see at a glance how engaged each contact is at that time, daily in trials.

  7. Activity detail link: Clicking this will drill down into each user's detailed activity log.

  8. Customer health score and Insights: This displays the overall Company graph and data so you can see at a glance how engaged each client is at that time, daily in trials.

Customer health score and Insights

The customer health panel shows daily, weekly, or monthly engagement data in an at-a-glance chart with engagement colors and scale. The chart also shows a small trend arrow and a drop-down date selector for weekly or monthly engagement.

You can review the insights based on an alert in an email, on the main dashboard, or by reviewing each customer's activity at any time.

Below, you can see a timeline with various activities over time and insights, organized by traffic light, so it's easy to understand what's happening and what needs attention without training.

You can see this customer entering a trial, trial users joining, watch engagement levels, and how the trial ends. If certain users per the example stall, you can pinpoint them and try to get them active again or help keep them engaged.

Each contact's details have a link to drill down to that person and review their activity and engagement.

This helps the team take action, helping drive more sales and happier, more satisfied customers.
