Acquire Customer Detail
The customer section allows you to quickly view basic information with the detail dialog closed, ranking each by the various navigation criteria.

Drilling down by clicking on a customer row shows you alot more detail about each contact/user in that buying committee or user base.

Top Panel:
Users - the number of trial users;
Days left - how long left in the trial
The Acquire Customer dashboard displays all the contacts (users of the trial) in a list as well as the customer health as a chart.
The Acquire Customer dashboard has the following main sections:
Trial timing: This shows each customer trial's start and end dates. If there is a trial running when Zengain is deployed, we may not know the trial start date as we won't have received the event data.
User avatar with star option: This shows each user avatar, and you can click that to star the contact so they stand out in the UI (as decision makers, etc).
Contact title: This shows the title for this user, great background data.
Key Product Milestones: A bar representing the "feature" milestones you set up to track (up to five) and whether they have been completed—green for yes, blank for not yet. Below, we see one user with no features used, and another with three used from the key features set.
Email button: Easily contact every user with one click.
Engagement graph by Contact: This displays the mini graph so you can see at a glance how engaged each contact is at that time, daily in trials.
Activity detail link: Clicking this will drill down into each user's detailed activity log.
Engagement graph by Customer: This displays the overall Company graph so you can see at a glance how engaged each client is at that time, daily in trials.
