Contact Details

Clicking on a row in the contacts list leads to the details page.

1. On this page you can edit the First name, Last name, Email, Job Title, Phone number, assign Key contact (also through clicking on the star next to the main header see: 5), assign Status (Active/Inactive), Location (Country), provide LinkedIn profile url and Contact reference ID. Here you can also find the Contact ID generated by Nalpeiron, creation and update dates.

2. The ZenAgent AI will give you some details about this contact for researching them as part of the sale process, learn more.

3. You can also reach the contact via email or phone - assuming you have captured these details, you should always have their email address.

4. You can also delete a contact here.

5. Assign/Un-assign contact as Key contact.

6. Business card box - here you will find summary contact information.
