Update lost opportunity amount

You can easily update the amount of the lost deal manually to focus your efforts on the largest deals from a revenue point of view.

In either section, the process is the same:

  • Locate the lost opportunity column

  • Click the pencil icon on the customer/prospect line

  • Edit the amount and then click out of the cell to save

  • Now you can rank opportunities by potential revenue by clicking on the column header
