Reactivate Customer Filters
Easily filter trial prospects or customers by time, scale, loss reasons, or lost opportunity so you can focus your efforts.
In both cases, you need to move quickly to reactivate accounts, so it's easy to focus on how long it's been since the customer or prospect's entitlement expired. After that, you can easily focus on those highly engaged users who did not buy or renew. Again, these are the hot opportunities to focus on from our point of view.
These filters can be "stacked" so that you can filter and filter again to get a smaller list, e.g., both those in 30 days and highly engaged.

All - View all without any filters applied.
7-day Churn - Subscriptions that expired in the last 7 days
30-day Churn - Subscriptions that expired in the last 30 days.
Highly Engaged (after churning) - Subscriptions with high or very high engagement in at least one of the last 3 months before expiration, suggesting they are more likely to be reactivated.
