At the top of the page, Zengain displays key information to focus the team.

Unlike generic tools, Zengain is laser-focused on helping you and your revenue team identify, prioritize, and seize every sales opportunity.

In Reactivate, we break down the lost opportunities into two sections—this is both for focus and team dynamics. In many sales teams, the SDR/AE/Sales handles the trials, and the CS team handles the lost customers.

In the financial section, we are focused on the revenue opportunity we can win back. Both trials and customers present lost opportunity value highlighted, so you can see at a glance how much $ opportunity you have across all accounts or just your accounts.

Reactivate also focuses on those highly engaged before you lost them and how long it has been since that event - this allows a focus on the most likely win-back opportunities. The longer you leave these accounts, the less your chance of success.

Reactivate for Customers

The financial and engagement section: This shows four statistics:

  1. Lost value across the churned customer list

  2. Recently churned customer in the last 7 days (focus feature)

  3. No. Customers churned while in the "engaged" state

  4. No. Customers with churn risk in 30 days (retain link)

Reactivate for Trials

The financial and engagement section: This shows four statistics:

  1. Lost value across the churned prospects list

  2. Recently churned prospects in the last 7 days (focus feature)

  3. No. Prospects churned while in the "engaged" state

  4. No. Prospects with churn risk in 7 days (acquire link)
