Grow Dashboard

The Zengain dashboard provides a convenient overview of your account. Each widget can be clicked to reveal further dashboards for each module.

The grow dashboard displays your customers, financial and upsell highlights, and a drill-down list with at-a-glance data on each customer.

The current dashboard has the following main sections:

  1. The financial and engagement section: This shows four statistics:

    1. The upsell opportunity value across accounts where that field has a value (in this e.g. 24 accounts)

    2. New to grow in the last 7 days (focus feature)

    3. Total no. Customers who will renew within 90 days and who have shown an opportunity

    4. Total no. Customers who will renew within 30 days and who have shown an opportunity

  2. Filters section: This allows you to filter your customers by:

    1. All

    2. In Overdraft

    3. New

    4. Entering Renewal

    5. Upcoming Renewal

    6. Live

  3. Customers section: This shows a prospect list in a trial state, with clickable navigation headers:

    1. Customer

    2. Offering

    3. Renewal

    4. Last Growth Signal

    5. ARR

    6. Upsell Opportunity

  4. Customer: sortable navigation element so that you can sort by name

  5. Offering: sortable navigation element, so that you can sort by offering name

  6. Renewal date: sortable navigation element so that you can sort by renewal date

  7. Last Growth Signal: when was the last growth signal received, so that you know where the fresh signals are

  8. ARR: sortable navigation element so you can sort by customer value yearly (ARR), which is manually edited by the rep.

  9. Upsell Opportunity: sortable navigation element so you can sort by customer opportunity value, which the rep manually edits.
