Grow Contact Activity
Clicking the Activity detail link from the main dashboard will drill down into each user's detailed activity log.

Star (Highlight decision makers): This selectable element allow the team to highlight in the UI important contacts.
Title (Where captured): This shows the contact's title, which is very important in the sales process.
Emails (Clickable): This shows the contact's email and allows sales to easily email the contact without leaving the UI. The email will use the standard methodology set up by the Company, i.e., it will launch the default email program, which is usually attached to the CRM to capture activity.
Subscription and renewal data: Here is helpful data on the contact's subscription and when they renew. Again, this is very useful for the sales team.
Highlights table: This table displays the activity timeline, their active status. It is very important for the sales and CS teams.
Top 10 opportunity signals: Here, you can see all of the recent signals by feature or element affected by this specific user needing access but being denied in one form or another. The top ten are displayed as a pie chart ranked as a percentage.
User's opportunity signals: This shows the elements giving opportunity signals to the specific user over the time period selected in the time filter.
Image download: grow presents a downloadable image to show the customer to help with your next renewal meeting or to upsell them. Download the graphs and pie charts as real data-based evidence for a conversation with the customer.
Health score: This shows the daily/weekly/monthly activity levels with a health score (colored bars). You can compare user activity with growth signals to better understand user experience. Rolling over a bar in the score shows their engagement score.
Timeline (chooser): Daily/weekly/monthly activity levels.
User Activities
This timeline view allows you to examine the actions taken before and after a growth signal was generated, providing great insight into the user journey.

Activities timeline: This displays all the activities and the associated activities over time.
Specific activity: Rolling over an activity row shows more details on the element used.
Grow features highlighted: any grow-specific feature is called out in the timeline with the yellow $ icon.
