The Grow module offers various levels of assistance to your revenue team, depending on the type of software products you sell and the depth of technical integration your engineering team chooses.
At the most simple level, we capture event data and report it to you in Grow so that you can capture events that show expansion opportunities.
For example:
Users hitting software limits, such as features not available in the current plan, and getting stuck at the paywall—we call these "Access denied signals".
Users overusing certain limits set in the code, such as API calls, where there's an upsell opportunity to a higher plan, etc - we call these "Limit exceeded signals".
If your application has deeper integration with the Nalpeiron Growth Platform then even more details can be provided to allow for cross and up-selling e.g. if you implement our overdraft functions you can monitor their contractual plan level and allow a specific level of overuse (e.g. 10% or 10 units, etc) and keep track of this and allow the customer to see this in our End User Portal so you can easily convert them at the next meeting, or at renewal, with objective evidence based selling.
