Zengain Signals and Contacts

The Zengain panel on the Contact page for a Salesforce account displays signal data received from Zengain for the corresponding customer. An example of how this appears is shown below, specifically in the Contact Signals table.

Above the Contact Signals table is the Open Contact In Zengain button. Clicking this will open the Zengain page for that contact in a separate browser window, following Zengain login if required.

The Contact Signals table shows only the signals for this contact assigned to this account.

The columns in the Account Signals table may be subject to change. Currently, these are:

• SignalName

• Description

• ClientCreated
