Zengain Configuration in Salesforce

Here, we describe how to set some Zengain configuration options in order to complete the setup of your Zengain integration. The Zengain package includes a new custom object tab, ZengainConfigs. Please enable this tab on your Salesforce app (e.g. via the App Launcher) and click the New button to create a new configuration as shown below.

• For ZengainConfig Name, please enter 'Default'.

• We strongly advise checking the AutocreateAccount and AutocreateContact checkboxes. Respectively, these will automatically create a Salesforce account and contact for each signal if they do not already exist within Salesforce and if the information required to do so is present in the signal.

• For the ZengainBaseURL, please enter your base Zengain URL e.g. https://<subdomain>.nalpeiron.io/.
