Installation
The Salesforce example package can be installed by opening the following link:
This will take you to the usual Salesforce login page. Log in as a System Administrator.
On successful login, you will be given the installation options shown below.
Please select the required options and click Install.
You will then be asked to approve access to trusted third-party sites.
Please click 'Yes' and then the Continue button to proceed with the installation.
