Fields

The Nalpeiron Growth Platform database has a number of useful fields for mapping your data and systems to enable connectivity and synchronization.

When adding a customer or contact, the system only requests the basic information, but then, when you go back and edit a record, you can add alot more details, not only in the standard fields, but also in any custom fields you may have added for your own internal use. These fields are designed both for manual editing and for connection to other systems, especially CRM systems.

Customer fields:

A "customer" for Nalpeiron is a company, account, or business name level.

This object has its fields:

  • Customer name - name or nickname for the account (This is the only mandatory field). [shown when creating a record]

  • Legal name - where the legal name is different from its common name. [shown when creating a record]

  • Type - where in the lifecycle this customer is, i.e., prospect or customer, etc. [shown when creating a record]

  • Status - “Active” and “Inactive” lets you track a customer's relationship (disabled status is where you have set this account as such, independent of their other status).


  • Website

  • Linkedin profile

  • End User Portal link (not editable) - a link to the Nalpeiron EUP for this customer


  • Contract value - Field for manual or synced contract data, ideal for the CS team

  • Contract start date - Field for manual or synced contract data

  • Contract renewal date - Field for manual or synced contract data


  • Address [shown when creating a record]

    • Address

    • Address 2

    • City

    • Postal Code/ZIP

    • State/Province

    • Country


  • Account reference ID - external reference, commonly used for CRM connectivity. [shown when creating a record]

  • Customer ID - Internal reference.


  • Created date - The timestamp (UTC) of when the customer was created.

  • Updated date - The timestamp (UTC) of when the customer was updated.


Contact fields:

A "contact" is an individual related to this business or account. Contacts can have access to the end user portal or can be simply contacts in the database without being a customer/user of your software, i.e., still a prospect in a trial.

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Job title

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Key Contact - A dropdown that can be selected/deselected that shows in the UI for focus, default is "no".


  • Status - Active (default) or Inactive in the system.

  • Location - Prefilled by the event's IP when a contact is created with the first event that comes to the system as State, Country, or manually added/edited.

  • LinkedIn profile - Can be added by Zenagent functionality or manually edited. Must be in the format: https://www.linkedin.com/in/username [shown when creating a record]


  • Contact reference ID - external reference, commonly used for CRM connectivity. [shown when creating a record]

  • Contact ID - Internal reference.


  • Created date - The timestamp (UTC) of when the contact was created.

  • Updated date - The timestamp (UTC) of when the contact was updated.
