Slack

Slack is a great and simple way to get complex analytics data into the hands of your staff. Using our integration, you can have real-time alerts coming into your business right in the user's current workflow—and they can be delivered in a helpful way right away. All set up within a few minutes with no technical knowledge required.

Native Slack integration - Zentitle2 example - showing licensing data

What the Slack Integration Does (with Zentitle 2)

  • Sends licensing, entitlement, and analytics events from Zentitle 2 (or Nalpeiron’s platform) into Slack channels, formatted as messages.

  • Let's you map which types of events go to which Slack channels (so different teams see relevant notifications).

  • You install and connect it via the Zentitle / Nalpeiron admin interface, selecting which Slack workspace, channels, and event types to push.

  • A “test” functionality is available to verify that Slack is receiving data properly.

  • You can also disconnect the integration if needed.

  • Before integration, you need Slack set up with appropriate channels and admin permissions to allow the connection.

  • The integration is built to be relatively simple to enable (a few steps) and low on technical requirements.

Benefits of Using Slack + Zentitle 2

  1. Real-Time Visibility in Team Workflow Important licensing and entitlement events show up directly in Slack, where your team already works — no constant switching between tools.

  2. Faster Response & Awareness Teams (support, operations, customer success) see alerts or changes (like new licenses, expirations, errors) immediately, so they can take action quickly.

  3. Flexible Routing & Segmentation You control which event types go to which Slack channels. For example, you might send “license errors” to one channel and “new entitlements” to another.

  4. Better Cross-Team Communication Because everything flows into Slack, relevant stakeholders across departments always have visibility into licensing-related happenings.

  5. Low Setup Overhead The integration is designed so non-developers (admins) can configure Slack connection, channel mappings, and test without writing code.

  6. Test Support & Safe Rollout The built‐in “test” button lets you verify the connection before relying on it in the production flow.

  7. Easy to Monitor or Disconnect You can turn off or remove the integration if your needs change.
