Introduction to the Zentitle UI for Resellers

Whilst many ISVs only sell directly to their end-users, we recognize that larger ISVs often not only sell directly to their end-users but also have Resellers that sell their products on their behalf to end-users.

We often find that not only do ISVs have resellers selling their product, but these resellers also have further resellers below them. This typically takes the form of a familiar hierarchical structure, with “ISV→Distributor→Reseller.”

Zentitle has been built to provide the necessary functionality to support these kinds of retailing and distribution structures. We call this the Reseller Portal.

This is a premium feature for our Enterprise customers.

To take advantage of this functionality, any Enterprise customer can create Resellers ‘below them’ and provide logins for these Resellers, and Sub-Resellers can subsequently be made below that.

Users can be created for Resellers and Sub-Resellers with various permissions that permit them or restrict them from performing specific tasks as you see fit.

Reseller functionality works in conjunction with Zentitle2 standard components, and as such, License Codes or ABL users belonging to each Product Offering become linked to a particular Reseller, ensuring everything is kept separate, audited, and organized.
