FAQ

What is the “Lease Expired” status

The “Lease Expired” status means the user who activated the seat has not checked in within the configured lease duration. This doesn’t immediately free the seat because the system allows that user to return and continue using their activation seamlessly — with all the same features and settings — without needing to re-authenticate or re-activate. This is especially helpful on weekends or holidays, when users might not be active for a few days. However, these expired seats are not permanently blocked. If all other seats are in use and a new activation is attempted, the system will automatically reclaim the expired seat and assign it to the new user.

This behavior ensures a balance between user convenience and efficient seat utilization.
