Show entitlement groups in EUP

An option in the configuration allows the entitlement groups functionality to be displayed to end users via the end user portal (EUP).

Changing the show entitlement groups option in the EUP configuration

Show entitlement groups is disabled by default.

  • Go to the "admin" drop-down menu.

  • Next, select "configuration", then "End User Portal".

  • On the "details" section, click "edit" to change the "Show entitlement groups" option from "No one" to "Everyone".

Changing this option will affect all your customers and all users viewing the end user portal.

  • Select "Show entitlement groups" and then "Everyone".

  • Click "save".

Now the display option to show entitlement groups to all users is set to everyone, a new option will show in the EUP navigation for all end users.

Viewing the change in the End User Portal (EUP)

The default setting for end users shows the standard top navigation.

After this change, all end users will have access to a new option in the end user portal's top navigation, "Groups," as shown above.

Clicking the "groups" option lets the end user view all their entitlement groups.
