Entitlement management (from an entitlement)
Assigning users to entitlements can be easily done by your customer's admin via an entitlement or an entitlement group. In this case, they will search for the entitlements they wish to assign to specific users and proceed accordingly.

First, they must select the "entitlements" section in the end-user portal.
Select an entitlement by clicking on the row required.

Next, navigate to the "users" section of the entitlement in question
Click "Select user to assign" to see a list of users.

Select a user from the list presented to add or select multiple users to the entitlement record.

Now, click the "add" button to add the user to the entitlement.

Finally, check that the record has been added successfully.
Removing users from an entitlement record
This is also a fast and simple process, reversing the process above.

First, they must select the "entitlements" section in the end-user portal.
Select an entitlement by clicking on the row required.

Next, navigate to the "users" section of the entitlement in question.
Find the user to delete and click the red trash can icon on the left of the record.

Once clicked, they will receive a warning message; clicking "Remove" will delete the entitlement(s).

Finally, check that the record has been removed successfully.
