Entitlement management (from a user record)
For entitlement groups to be visible in the EUP, you must enable the admin setting “Entitlement Groups.”
Your end user admins can manage entitlement in two different ways, directly with an end user record or via the entitlement record by assigning a user that way.
Assigning an entitlement to a user (from a user record)

First, your end-user admin navigates to the "Users" section in the EUP interface (once it has been enabled).
They select a user by clicking on the line in the list. Here we selected "Testforeup" user.

At the bottom section of the end-user record, they have the option to review and assign (or remove) entitlements. Here, we can see there are none assigned at this time.
Next, click the "Assign Entitlement" button.

They then choose from the list of available "entitlements" or groups and click the "add" button.

Re-checking the user record should now show that the chosen entitlement has been assigned to their record.
Removing the assigned entitlement from a user (from a user record)
To remove any assigned entitlement, the process is straightforward.

Once again, they find the user record, navigate to the entitlements section, and choose the record to remove

On the left-hand side of each record is a red trash can/delete button (icon); clicking that will remove the entitlement.

Once clicked, they will get a warning message; clicking "remove" will delete the entitlement.

Rechecking the record once again will display "no data" if all entitlements have been removed, or it will show any remaining from the exercise.
