Enabling the Enterprise extension to EUP

This feature is available only on our Enterprise plans.

Enabling Enterprise Admin User Management

By default, this feature is off - set as "No one" in the Admin interface.

  • To enable the Enterprise Admin User Management in the Extended End User Portal (EUP) click the "edit" button on the top right of the EUP settings.

  • Change the setting to "Admin only".

  • Then, click save.

Once enabled, all your end-user customer admin roles for all your customers will display a new option in their end-user portals: a "Users" option that allows them to manage their own internal users.
