The Customer page
With Zentitle2 and Zengain enabled
If you have both Zentitle and Zengain enabled, you will get alot more data across both platforms
The customer and contact pages will now share both analytics and entitlement data for that record, providing a more comprehensive view of the customer, their usage, and history.
Insights, Entitlements, and Assigned Owners sections will be added to the standard page layout.

The Customer name
The 'Disable Customer' button; see more details here.
This button allows for the deletion of the customer record and also the historical log of changes to the record.
The four tabs: Details, Notes, Contacts, ABL, and Entitlements allow for quick review and management of the customer's details and contacts.
This is the customer's name, as well as their full legal name.
This is the primary customer details section, as described in the 'Adding and Editing the Customer Record' section.
This section shows the "custom fields" you may have created to capture your unique data for this customer.
This section allows for the easy addition and management of this customer's entitlements.
This section outlines the internal owners of this account (Zengain), allowing for timely insights and communication with the relevant team members.
This section shows Zengain insights in the form of the "traffic light" and "modules." These are usage and engagement data points allowing the sales and CS teams to manage this customer effectively.
This section lists the Subscriptions in the Zengain modules for this customer. This is a Zengain feature that displays the customer's stage in the module journey.
An example of Zengain in action on a Zentitle2 customer record

The above example illustrates the details of each customer's subscription, including the offering and product it’s based on, the number of users it supports, and its expiration date. It’s also clickable, and each of these alerts will direct you to the corresponding Zengain module for more details.
In this example, they have purchased Zentitle, hold the "premium" edition for one year, and are in the "adoption" phase of their onboarding (out of five modules in the customer lifecycle). We can even see what users are engaging with the platform and what they are doing at a granular level.

In summary, the customer record page provides a clear view of the customer's details and entitlements, along with all the necessary data to effectively manage this customer.
