Role-Specific Focus Areas: The system is now structured around “Jobs to be Done.” Key areas—Zentitle2, Zengain, and Administration—are tailored to specific organizational roles, ensuring each part of the system supports the responsibilities of its intended users.
Enhancements
Improved Navigation: Profile information and the logout option have been relocated to the top-right corner for quicker access. Menu options are collapsed making navigation smoother and more intuitive.
Streamlined Branding Configuration: Branding settings have been integrated into the End User Portal and Account-Based Licensing configuration pages, removing the need for a separate section.

Change log for improved accountability: The change log is now available on two critical business objects, Customer and Entitlements.
Domain Transition to Nalpeiron: In preparation for the upcoming release of our new product, Zengain, the domain name has been updated from zentitle.io to nalpeiron.io.

Feature tracking: Resolved an issue where feature tracking returned a 204 status for disabled features. It now correctly returns an error status.

Local License Server Host Information: We've added the ability to view the name of the Local License Server for each entitlement. You’ll now find additional column options under “Select Columns” in the Entitlements list, including a new "Host" column. This lets you quickly identify which customers are hosted on which servers and export reports for internal communication.
Entitlement Filters: If your Entitlements list is missing a column by which the data has been filtered, we’ll notify you. This ensures transparency and clarity so you always understand the filtering criteria applied to the data you're viewing.

Simplified Entitlement Creation: Enjoy an easier entitlement creation process with a simplified form and improved search capabilities in each field.
More Data on the Dashboard: Stay informed with additional insights. "Entitlements recently expired" provides data on entitlement churn and "Highest overdrafts by entitlement in the last 30 days" highlights seat limit overuse.
Resend invitation email is now available on the Users page. Easily send a new invite email to users who may have lost their previous invitation or if it expired.

You decide which customers can surpass license limits, giving you the power to manage your licenses seamlessly. We deliver you the information and the decision is yours — whether to allow more seats or negotiate additional license fees.
Upgrade and Downgrade with Ease: Introducing the ability to change the offering directly from the entitlement. When your customers upgrade or downgrade their licenses, reflect those changes instantly using our user-friendly interface or Management API.
Overrides Visible on Entitlement: Gain quick insights into your customers' unique setups. Changes made directly on entitlements that override offering values are now clearly marked. Your support team can easily understand these custom configurations, and you can revert to the original offering values.
Disable Customer: You can now "switch off" all entitlements for a customer with a single click when they are not paying. This action also disables all associated licenses, and there is an option to easily re-enable the entitlements without changing their settings.
