# Sample Integration Installation

Install the Salesforce sample integration package and confirm it appears in your list of installed packages.

The Salesforce example package can be installed by opening the following link:

[Salesforce Example Package](https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04taj0000004Ha9)

This will take you to the usual Salesforce login page. Log in as a System Administrator.

On successful login, you will be given the installation options shown below.

Please select the required options and click **Install**.

You will receive an email from Salesforce to confirm that the installation has completed successfully. You will then see the new Nalpeiron package in your list of installed packages in Salesforce.

You can view this at any time by searching for **Installed Packages** in the **quick find** box.

**IMPORTANT SANDBOX REFRESH NOTE**: This solution uses a custom label named **Zentitle\_Sandbox\_Override**. It can be set to **`TRUE`** or **`FALSE`**. The value of the label in production has no impact. **HOWEVER** to ensure sandboxes don't erroneously send API calls, the production label should **ALWAYS** be set to**`FALSE.`** So, any sandbox that is refreshed is created as**`FALSE`**. Then, for such a sandbox, when needed, you can set the custom label to**`TRUE`** to allow outbound API calls to Zentitle for testing.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.nalpeiron.com/zentitle2-docs/ui-administration/integrations/salesforce/sample-integration-installation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
